Rental Options:
- 3-hour weekly slots (3-month minimum): $200–$350/month.
- Optional space for a drummer to claim space for their own permanent set-up at $750/month (time-share to be discussed).
- Priority given to musicians/bands interested in longer term (6-month+)

The room is being intentionally built out with a small group of committed players. Guitar amp, sofa and upgraded drumkit to be added as usage stabilizes, with flexibility to shape a shared setup based on collective needs.
