Looking to join a lease in an apartment of other women/queer people! I have a small dog, a 25lb spaniel mix named Harriet. She's perfect in an apartment because she has never barked and is super chill. She comes almost everywhere with me and in the house just hangs near me. We've lived with roommates before and there were no issues! I also come with a heavy duty Blueair air purifier.

I currently live in a studio on the Upper East Side but I'm getting priced out and I'm hoping to move back into BK to be closer to friends.

Ideal situation:
ground/first floor with outdoor space
near a park
near train(s) (10 min or less walk)
washer/dryer in unit or in building
decent storage
good light

I'm a full time wedding photographer! I only shoot about 12 weddings a year so I'm mostly WFH editing photos/doing admin work, but I travel a decent amount and also like to work out of the home in a friend's studio. Ideally the bedroom would be large enough to hold my desk so I can work there instead of in the common areas. And I can take a great headshot for you :)
