My partner and I are looking for a long-term, furnished or semi-furnished apartment or studio in NYC starting around June 1, 2025, ideally for 12 months.

Our budget is up to $2,700/month, including utilities. We'd love a 1-bedroom or studio within 45 minutes of the Metropolitan Museum of Art (by subway or bike). We're flexible on neighborhood, Manhattan, Astoria, or some Brooklyn areas would all be great.

We're looking for a clean, calm, and comfortable home, ideally with natural light, a quiet atmosphere.

A pet-friendly space is essential, as we'll be relocating with our sweet cat, Didji—she’s calm, clean, and fully litter-trained.

I’m a Fulbright Fellow completing an MA in Museum Studies at San Francisco State University and starting a professional fellowship at The Met this summer. My partner and I are originally from Russia, lived in Georgia, and moved to the U.S. in 2023. We’ve been renting our current apartment in San Francisco since 2023, and our landlords can gladly provide a reference.

We’re quiet, responsible, clean, and respectful tenants who care deeply about our living environment. We enjoy art, museums, reading, nature, and quiet evenings at home.
