I’d like a ground floor or elevator building room or apartment, furnished, with private bathroom and space to sleep two separately. (Bed/sofa or two beds). Use of kitchen or kitchenette appreciated but not necessary.
Need to be close to subway. I’m open to basically any neighborhood in Manhattan or Brooklyn.
My budget is $700 or less for seven nights, all inclusive.
I am a very neat, clean 70+ year old active woman who’s coming back to the city I used to live in. I want to visit friends at The Public Theater where I used to work. I may have a friend stay with me for a few of those nights.

I am a retired drama teacher and theater professional. I’m returning to the City to see Twelfth Night at Shakespeare in the Park for the reopening of the Delacorte Theater where I used to work. I am a very neat and clean person on a retired person’s budget. I am an active 76 year old woman who would prefer a ground floor apt. or elevator building. Fewer stairs are better!
While in the City I will be seeing theatrical productions and museums and friends I used to work with at The Public so I can stay in basically any place that is close to the subway.
