About the apartment: Beautiful large kitchen with bar, lots of cabinet space, full size fridge, wood floors, lots of sunlight, large living room, 5th floor walkup(which some people consider a drag but I love it because the apartment is so so quiet). Your room has great sunlight, 2 windows and large closet. Large shared bathroom has window and tub shower and plenty of space to store toiletries.

About the area: I live 2 blocks away from the Hudson river park, truly gorgeous if you like walking or biking. They just repaved the path so it’s actually quite enjoyable to bike long distances, I go downtown often on the bike. I live 5min walk from 1 line, and 10min walk from express trains A/D, 30 min ride to midtown. We have some great restaurants around too which is a huge plus if your like me and eat out often.

I am very neat and clean and this is the most important thing while I am looking for a roommate. Someone who respects the common spaces, and keeps things clean. No leaving messes for other people to clean up.
