This apartment is located in the heart of Ridgewood. A very walkable and friendly neighborhood with easy access to the L and M trains (5 & 7 min walking distance). The neighborhood itself is full of many lovely coffee shops, stores, and restaurants. Plus, there's a variety of grocery stores to choose from. Many laundromats as well as a post office and a pharmacy down the street.

Sandwiched in between Seneca and Myrtle, close to Tasty's Diner.

The apartment building itself is 3 floors with 6 units total and two flights of stairs. There is no elevator so it is not wheelchair accessible. The apartment is "railroad" style, so it is long. The neighbors are very friendly, especially my neighbor who lives across the hall.

The apartment is fully furnished. Though it has two bedrooms, only one has a bed in it (I live alone) and I use the second room as my art studio. The space itself gets a lot of light especially in the early mornings and the evenings since it's on the third floor. All utilities are included in the rent (wifi, gas, electricity, air conditioning).

I am a clean and organized person so the space is tidy.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I have a small sized 3 year old cat named Chichi who also lives in the apartment. She is very loving and sweet. She likes to play and snuggle every now and then. I am looking for a subletter who can take care of her and water my plants while I am away for the month of July. In exchange for this, I am offering discounted rent.
