My name is Dan (he/him). I've spent most of my life in Los Angeles and I think Highland Park is one of the best neighborhoods in LA. I felt so fortunate to buy this condo and it was my dream home for a year, and then i got married! I moved in with my partner in El Sereno, and now my condo can be a rental. I don't use any brokers or property managers. I will be the one showing the space, renting the space, managing any issues with the space, etc. I live 10 minutes away and am very committed to maintaining the condo.
