This two bedroom unit is ideal for a couple or someone who may want a bedroom and separate office space. The convient location makes it easy to go west, east, north, and south to explore neighborhoods like echo park, downtown, silverlake, Koreatown, et... The house in on the corner of the block without many neighbors so it gets lots of natural light. Near by are a historic church, two elementary schools, an adult care home, Loyola College, and an Urgent Care. The area is relatively quiet, but you can easily walk to the financial district to shop or eat.
I grew up on the east coast and moved to LA for work about 8 years ago. I own a bookstore in Echo Park and have worked in journalism and the music industry. I love my dog and the community of people around me. I've enjoyed living in this home, and hope to finding someone who would enjoy renting the space upstairs.
