A few blocks to A/C trains, one block to B65 bus, 10min walk to 3 train. Very easy access to other parts of Bk and Manhattan. 3 blocks to Brower Park, Brooklyn Children’s Museums, and a bunch of coffee shops and cafes.

Unfortunately no cats allowed due to allergies.
