We are looking for someone to take over the lease on our insanely beautiful and perfect apartment from Jan 1 - July 31.
We have been here for years but we're moving out of state (sad!).
We have been star tenants so management has not raised the rents on us. It's a flat $6,000, which is an absolute steal!! (see neighborhood comps which are in the ~$6,700-7,200 range for comparable units!),
This is the largest apartment in the building as far as we know, with a massive 250 square foot outdoor terrace (tbh too big for us!).
We can leave it furnished (preferred, can leave most furniture for you for a small fee) or unfurnished.
We also have extensive museum-quality Vitsoe shelving installed new from the factory which we could sell for a significant discount from list pricing.
Fantastic neighborhood--1 block from Vanderbilt Ave., 10 minutes to DeKalb, 15 minutes to Prospect Park and Fort Greene Park. Epic restaurants nearby--Locanda Vini & Olli, Leland, Places des Fetes, Formosa Dumpling.

We're J & M, a couple with a new baby moving out of state for family reasons!
We've loved living here--adored it really. We actually have a jade plant that flowered during our stay here, so the fengshui is very high in this space.
We're just giving it up because we're moving out of state. As previously stated we're star tenants so rent has not moved much on this unit, which you can be lucky enough to inherit!
The landlords want:
- 40x rent (minimum annual income $240k)
- ~700 credit rating
$20 non-refundable fee per applicant for the screening.
If the applicant is using a Guarantor they must be a US Guarantor with income at 80 times the rent with good credit.
For supporting documents we will need:
- proof of income
- copy of ID
- two recent bank statements
- W2 or tax return
- current landlord reference letter
Dogs + cats allowed (I believe no breed or weight limitations but I can check with management)
