Very private, very clean. I will be out of the country from Dec 15 to Jan 28, and looking for someone to enjoy the space while being respectful and tidy.

I am on the 27th fl of a 33 floor high rise building. The building tenants are very private, and I will not accept any tenant looking for somewhere to host events/large groups.

This is a special apartment and I hope someone gets the chance to enjoy what I believe is the nicest apartment in all of Brooklyn!
