Hey! I’m subletting my apartment while I travel in January and February. Ideally looking for month-long stays, but I’m flexible within that timeframe. It’s a bright, fully furnished 2BR on a quiet block near the Crown Heights / East Flatbush border.

The place has two real bedrooms — a primary with a queen bed and great light, and a second room set up as a home office + guest room with a full desk and a queen sleeper sofa. Cozy living room with plants, a private balcony, and a 55” TV with PS5 + Apple TV (most streaming apps). Central air/heat, fast WiFi, laundry in the building, and a fully stocked kitchen.

I’m the primary tenant and will be away for the month, but I’m fully reachable and happy to help with anything that comes up. My building’s management is flexible and responsive as well, and the neighbors are friendly young professionals who keep things quiet and respectful.
