A block from Cobble Hill Park, a 10-minute walk to Brooklyn Bridge Park, and close to Brooklyn Heights, Carroll Gardens, and Boerum Hill. The building is quiet and friendly with respectful neighbors. The apartment is on the top floor of a three-story walk up building and gets great light with street-facing windows and views of Manhattan.
Both bedrooms fit a queen-sized bed and have large closets. One faces the street with high ceilings and lots of light; the other is slightly larger and set in the back so there's ample privacy between rooms. The back bedroom has plenty of room for a desk. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and there’s shared laundry in the basement.
I’ve lived here for six years and have a great relationship with the landlady and super - both are responsive and kind.
