About This Lister

We’re Keith and Francess, a family of three and the owners of the building. We live upstairs in the duplex and will be showing the garden apartment ourselves. We both work in the creative industry and have called Brooklyn home for 15 years. We put a lot of care into renovating this apartment with a focus on comfort, design, and healthy, sustainable living. We’re looking for a responsible, considerate tenant who will appreciate the space and enjoy living here as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

• Valid government-issued ID required.
• Proof of income and credit history (recent paystubs or income documentation).
• Application fee: $29 (non-refundable).
• Security deposit: $3,600 (refundable) collected at lease signing, along with first month’s rent.
• Lease term: 12 to 18 months (flexible within that range).

Pets Policy
