1.5 blocks from the Halsey st L station in Bushwick with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, wash and fold laundry, steps from Irving Square Park. It's a bustling neighborhood, which can be noisy at times, but the bedroom is well insulated from the noise so you'll sleep well.

Ideal for a couple. The couch folds down into a firm but comfy approximate queen sized bed. 3 people maximum please.

Apt is a little beat up as it's a 100 year old building but it's clean with a warm vibe and it's pest free.
