Sean and I are professionals in our 30s making the most of all the opportunities New York City has to offer. I’m 32, originally from Brazil, and work in biotech, while Sean, 39, is an American urban planner.

Short-Term Lease Agreement
A refundable security deposit of $500 and the full rental payment for the sub-lease term are required at the time of key exchange. The subtenant agrees that no keys will be released until both the deposit and full payment have been received.
The security deposit will be returned at the end of the lease term, provided there are no damages and all terms of the agreement are met.
Pets are not allowed.
