Hey there! I’m subletting my fully-furnished duplex apartment in Bed-Stuy for the month of July (can start as early as June 21 and run potentially up to two months). Here are the details:

- $3,500 a month (includes utilities and wifi)
- Two full bathrooms (one on each floor)
- Upper level: large living room, work space, kitchen, dining area
- Lower level: bedroom and storage
- Strong wifi on both floors, great for remote work and streaming
- Shared washer and dryer in the building
- Air conditioning units on both floors

The apartment is equipped with a dedicated work setup (desk + external monitor), an extendable dining table, and a 65” Google TV with access to Netflix, Apple TV+, Hulu, and Disney+. There are also two stereo-paired Sonos speakers, a PlayStation 4, a programmed drip coffeemaker, a microwave, and ample storage throughout.

The neighborhood, Bed-Stuy, is a lovely mix of tree-lined streets and vibrant cafes, restaurants, and bars. Right on the corner is Malcolm X Blvd, which has everything you need, including a supermarket just steps from the apartment. You’re a 10 minute walk to the A/C express trains at Utica Avenue, which is just five stops to get to Manhattan.

A few final housekeeping notes:

- No pets (sorry!)
- We will sign a sublease agreement with a refundable half-month security deposit
- There are a number of plants in the apartment—I ask that you either help water them or provide occasional access for a friend to stop by every 1-2 weeks to care for them
