This is a small, privately owned building. The owner and his staff will screen the applicants first by email and phone and then schedule qualified applicants to come to see the apartment in person as soon as possible. The first showing will be this week.
The apartment is currently vacant and available for lease as soon as possible during August or at the beginning September 1st.
Required at lease signing: One month's rent and the equivalent of one month's rent as a Security Deposit against damages. Pets must be disclosed and an additional Pet Deposit might be required, if deemed necessary.
