The new lease takeover would be for a year starting August 1st, but an earlier move-in is available. The unit is a 2nd floor walk-up that has 3 bedrooms & 2 (full) baths with a large living space and kitchen. It has a dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit, central a/c, and a microwave. The building has amazing views of the Manhattan skyline from the roof and is pet friendly. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet with great bars, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Access to L and M trains.

We have lived in this space for the last two years and it’s been great! The building is clean and secure. Maintenance requests are always fulfilled in a timely manner. We are only leaving because we are moving to a new neighborhood.
