Large eat-in kitchen with small deck. Really very charming space. The building is tobacco-free and old (early 1800s), near to the river, Amtrak, groceries, and everything. Wood floors, washer/dryer, dishwasher, bathtub/shower. Tenant pays for heat and light and wifi. One year lease preferable but can discuss a shorter stay.
