Note that the apartment has been occupied for the last 5 years by the same tenants & therefore will be fully repainted & touched up, ideally before October 1st but potentially within the first week of October. We will only know this for sure closer to mid- September.

Bedford Stuyvesant is a mostly residential, diverse, up & coming, quintessential Brooklyn neighborhood. Spike Lee's "Do the Right Thing" was filmed only 2 blocks from the house. This is a very family-oriented block and this apartment would be perfect for a small family or a quiet couple.

SUBWAY/BUS
The house is a 15 minute walk to 3 subway lines: the C, the J/M and the G trains. For those with cars there is free street parking easily available. Laundromat located 1 block away and an Ideal Supermarket located a few blocks away.
Electricity and gas is not included in the rent.
