This is our large and beautiful house on the border between Echo Park and Silverlake. We're heading to NYC for a couple months around the holidays and would love to install some awesome people/family/pets while we're gone!

The house has 2 medium-sized bedrooms and one large primary with walk-in closet. There are two full bathrooms. Also a big kitchen, dining room with table and 6 chairs and a baby grand piano and a large living room with couch, chairs, and a projector set-up.

The house also has a large front and back yard, all completely enclosed (if you have a doggy, like we do), as well as a whole separate office space on the lower level (accessed by going outside, down a set of stairs, and into a separate entrance). Also a nice front porch with couch and seating for morning and evening hangs.

It's an awesome place. We are genuinely charging what it costs per month (we pay all utilities so that's folded in). House also has a driveway that can fit up to three cars, though no covered garage. Also beautiful gardens, wi-fi, uh...some nice furniture? (King size bed in the primary, Queen in the 2nd, high-quality fold-out couch in the 3rd because we use it for an office). I don't know, it's got it all!
