Wi-Fi is fast Fios fibre. This is a co-working dream, with rooms with desks separated by a cosy common area. Washer/dryer is in the basement.

The apartment is a walk-up to the third floor. There's a virtual doorman, rooftop access, and a gated backyard with a place to park bikes.

Utilities included. Very close to the Kingston-Throop C train, and 8-minute walk to the A express. Local amenities include several supermarkets, a tennis court, small parks and playgrounds, cafes like Corto, Bossa and Cheeni, and restaurants like Saraghina Bakery/Pizzeria, Daphne's and LunÁtico.

Building is non-smoking. No pets please. Open to pro-rated shorter sublet (min. 2 weeks).
