About This Lister

I love this apartment and have lived here for years. I make work in my studio towards the back of the space. Although it is in the heart of Bushwick, it is set towards the back of the building and feels private. However, this is a fairly raw and industrial space -- it feels like old New York; it may not be for everyone. This apartment and building, located in the hub of Bushwick, is not for the faint of heart; it can be quite rowdy at times, especially on the weekends.

I'm a ceramic sculptor and educator. I own a property in upstate NY, where I am spending the summer -- I will move back into this apartment on September 1st.

I would love to rent this space to an artist (or an artist couple), as it is a live + work space. But happy to rent to someone who will appreciate it as I do.
