We are renting a space in our building on the Bushwick/East Williamsburg/Bedstuy border along the JMZ line. We are two blocks from the entrance to the Flushing Ave J/M stop in Bushwick, and a 10 minute walk to the Morgan L, Flushing G, or Broadway G.

Our building has housed artists for the past 16 years. Currently there are 5 artist in live/work spaces practicing a range of disciplines (painting, photography, sculpture). We aim for an environment where dedicated artists can have space and comfort to create. Everyone works different schedules, and each have similar large, private spaces. This is a quiet building shared by working artists in their 30's and 40's.

We are looking for ONE conscientious and respectful Visual Artist who needs space to work to move into our space. (We Cannot accommodate more than one new tenant.)

The available space for rent is comprised of three connected rooms which are 12ft x 15ft, 8ft x 10ft, and 8ft x 12ft. with tall ceilings, two street facing windows, and a work sink. This is a private space with a lockable door on the second floor of the building. The shared areas in the building are a large kitchen, laundry, and 3 bathrooms. Utilities are included.
