Open, spacious , furnished one bedroom apartment in a large elevator building in Kensington Brooklyn. Excellent neighborhood with restaurants and cafes, and only 10 minutes walk to Prospect Park. Close to the F, B & Q trains.

I teach upstate and only use the apartment a week a month. I would need someone to share the space who is able to find another place to be that week a month. Or someone like me, who lives elsewhere and comes to the city for visits.

1500 is a portion of the rent as I would pay the week I am there.

When I come I sometimes bring my dog, so if you have an allergy or a cat that would be a challenge.
