If this sounds like a good fit and you value a mutually respectful living situation in a really special space, please reach out!
Utilities (power and high-speed WiFi) average $150/month per person.
Hi, I’m Janeen.
About Me:
I’m open-minded, inclusive, progressive in my views, and am committed to personal growth and community building. For work, I'm a creative director and creativity coach, and I currently wfh. I love to hula hoop, practice yoga, and hit a dance floor!
About You:
You’re a working professional, 35ish-50ish, grounded, kind, and emotionally intelligent. You are down to help me maintain a peaceful home environment. You’re someone who communicates clearly, is open-minded, progressive in your views, and values being a solid housemate and human.
Bonus if you enjoy electronic music and creative community spaces.
To secure the space for sublet, we'll connect virtually as a first step, followed by an in-person visit if you'd like. From there, if we're a good fit, you'll provide:
- First month’s rent: $3000
- One-month security deposit: $3000
- Signed sublet agreement
I currently live here with my chonky cat, Tuna. She has lived with other cats before, as well as a senior dog.
A small to medium-sized, well-behaved, cat-friendly dog would be an easy addition to the home. And I'm open to introducing Tuna to another cat too.
Let me know a bit about your pet in your message so we can see if it feels like a good fit for everyone.
