I am relocating to NYC from San Diego sometime by the end of this year.

Looking for a sublease beginning June 1st (ish), probably for about three weeks-month.

I am a 31 year old female - sober, quiet, tidy, very introverted. Very much in the art world. I have two very small micro dogs - both well-behaved Chihuahuas - that I would need to have with me so wanted to know the policies on that.

I would be open to splitting a place with another person, FEMALES ONLY please.

I also would be very much into working for you/taking care of things for you, whatever - while you're away in exchange for a place to stay.
