One bedroom has a king bed, a walk in closet, and a private bathroom with standing shower. One bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. One bedroom is an office and has a twin bed. One additional bathroom with shower and tub on the second floor. One additional bathroom on first floor with bathroom and standing shower.

Highlights of the space include:

- an amazing kitchen (watch the sun set over the Catskills from the kitchen window) with a 6 burner stove, 2 ovens, and an island with two bar stool seats. Stocked with every appliance you could need and all glassware and dishware.
-an infrared sauna that seats two people
- a bar with its own sink, stocked with wine glasses, a soda stream, and wine essentials like an aerator
-Fully fenced in backyard with a deck with a table and 4 chairs as well as a small bench
-Two adirondack chairs on the front porch for your morning coffee
