Fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath penthouse on the 27th floor of a waterfront tower in Greenpoint with sweeping views of the river, Manhattan skyline and Brooklyn! This apartment is dripping in sunlight all day long!

The building includes a pool, sauna, gym, tennis  and basketball courts, as well as several roof tops for relaxing and lounges for working.

The primary bedroom is south east facing with incredible sunrise views and an ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has an even better view and desk and monitor for working.

The third bedroom has large closet, a dresser, and is currently being used as the den but includes the Teak Modern Teddy Sofa that can turn into a king or queen bed. I’ve had guests sleep over a month on this bed and felt it was just as comfortable as a normal bed! If you only need 2 bedrooms I suggest keeping this as the den and enjoying sunsets from the sofa or lounging and watching something on the 55” TV. The sofa also turns into a conversation pit that takes up the whole room. Very fun for hosting!

The kitchen and dining room are where it’s at! Unbelievable 300 degree videos where you’re right up against the river and able to watch the boats go by all day and sun set all evening. There is an induction stove and dishwasher.

The dining room can seat 6 people or 12 with the extension and there is beautiful vintage bar ware and dining sets. There is also currently a standing desk positioned in the corner of the living room that will make your coworker’s jaws drop when they see your skyline background. It included a monitor, magic mouse and keyboard.

All rooms are equipped with smart lights who’s color and temperature you can control by phone as well as Sonos and an almost ridiculous amount of plants. Next to the entryway closet you’ll find a brand new washer dryer.

The apartment can be rented as a whole or bedrooms can be rented individually.

Rooms start at $160 per night or the entire apartment for $275 per night for longer terms. Open to discuss and a find a plan that works for both of us!
