We are a professional couple who split our time between working from home and midtown Manhattan. After a decade of Manhattan living, we moved to Long Beach to enjoy more space and be closer to the ocean — we’re both passionate kitesurfers and love the relaxed coastal lifestyle.

We’re easygoing, friendly, and communicative, and we simply ask that you treat our home (and the neighbors) with the same care and respect that we do. Guests are allowed but no loud music or parties with more than 10 people. No smoking inside.
