The space is on the 3rd floor of a large victorian house. The back staircase has been made private up to the space. It's very peaceful and would be great for someone who works remotely or ideally a writer.

The house in in Norfolk, CT on 4 acre lot on a dead end street. It's an ideal location close to many hiking trails. Norfolk in general has the best hiking trails of any place I've been. 80% of the town is open space and well maintained. Beautiful summer pond called Tobey that is accessible only to residents, a small fee is required for a summer pass.

The full bath with shower is on the 1st floor and is shared with me.

We are an artist and a therapist also living on the property in two other separate spaces, both women. I am a painter and have a live work space in a speparate building behind the main house. The therapist lives and works in the front part of the main house. Queer friendly. We are Looking for a third person to join the magical spot here.
