The second floor has two bedrooms, one bathroom w/ a clawfoot bathtub, and an additional room with an old porcelain farm sink that could be used as a living room or dining space.

The past two couples to occupy the apartment utilized the first floor as their primary living space, while the top floor served as a creative workspace, offices, and accommodation for guests, a setup that has worked exceptionally well and offers a versatile layout for various needs.

The apartment has two entrances one in the front of the house and the other on the side of the house.

I'm an artist and educator that moved up from the NYC area at the end of 2019. I live on the first floor of the house and will have my workshop and studio in the basement. The house has a big backyard garden, fire pit, and hang-out space. Would love to have someone who wants to garden and grow veggies and flowers.
