We stay at the house about half the time, and work remotely (wi-fi is absolutely reliable for work-from-home scenarios, Zoom). We value and respect privacy as well as community.

The main house is 70 feet away the studio, placed in a strategic position intended to preserve privacy between both structures. The closest neighbor's house is 600 feet away, which affords for privacy.
The unit is located at 4 minutes drive from the village, and 8 minutes drive from the closest train station (Wassaic)

Millerton, a town with many attractions and hip cafes, is 11 minutes away by car. The Harlem Valley bike trail is just a few minutes away and makes for a wonderful running or hike path.
