Red Hook Fabricators is a 18,000 square foot facility where craftspeople and art professionals have worked together for over four decades.

Located within an historic industrial site with high arch brick openings, abundant natural light, and an expansive cobbled courtyard, We have created an environment that fosters a small community of individuals and partnerships working to explore creative expression and artistic growth.

Eight unique private workspaces exist within the compound for rented occupancy with 24/7 access. Each has environmental control for comfort and a variety of other useful fixtures in place.

1A - Ground floor 400 sq. ft ground floor private studio within the owner's large metal and wood fabrication shop. $1650/month

Excellent natural light from enormous skylight, 16 foot ceilings, concrete floors, huge working walls with plywood backing for easy work hanging. Exhaust fan. Individually controlled heat. Large double doors for easy access.

Ideally suited for sculpture, painting, woodworking, metalworking, stone carving, motorcycle restoration, etc.

Welding, grinding, machinery noise, oil paint, spray painting, sandblasting, or dusty work are all permitted (encouraged !) .

This studio is located within my 10,000 square foot metal and wood fabrication shop but is a discrete partitioned lockable space with individual heat.

Don't respond if you require quiet workspace since this section of the building is sometimes noisy from my machinery use.

Fixtures and furniture available. Use of separate kitchen , large slop sink, and multiple bathrooms is included.
