This is a cozy 2 bed/1 bath apartment in Williamsburg just below Greenpoint on Meeker Ave and about a 6 min walk to the Lorimer L/G. 5 min walk to McCarren! Perfect area to be in with so many incredible cafes and restaurants nearby.

Both bedrooms are the about the same size and have small balconies and closets (we personally added Ikea Omar closets to each room for more storage space). They each fit queen sized beds, though we used the second room as an office. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances including an electric stove/oven and dishwasher. The bathroom has light overhead and mood lighting in the bathtub area. Same with the kitchen/living room area.

This is an elevator building (apartment on 2nd floor) that has a gym and work/conference room on the first floor, laundry on the 7th floor, and a rooftop with rooftop furniture and views of both Manhattan and LIC.

Pets are allowed! We have two cats and they do not require any pet fees :)

$4250 per month and tenant pays for electric bill through ConEd. The living room and both bedrooms each have their own A/C/heat unit where you control your own temp. You would be signing a brand new year-long lease in March. Aiming for March 1st, but flexible on dates.
