Walking in, you'll have the living room (renovated last year) on your left, and the large kitchen/dining area on your right. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs is a bedroom and additional full bathroom, which could serve as an in-law suite with its own basement entrance. We are a couple that has lived in Newburgh for many years, and are raising our family here. We've lived happily in this house, and are moving to an adjacent neighborhood as our needs have changed, so will usually be close by. We are experienced landlords, and will be the direct contact for management. If you are new to the area, we have a wealth of connections and resources that we are happy to share, and of course would love tenants that we'll share a mutual respect and friendly relationship with.

Proof of income (prior year W-2 or equivalent and last 2 pay stubs), as well as three references, will be required for consideration of tenancy.
First month plus one month security is due upon lease signing. Tenant responsible for all utilities; garbage and recycling removal will be paid by landlord.
Trained and housebroken dogs are allowed, no more than 2, and subject to a reasonable pet fee as permitted by law. Any signs of damage to the house due to pet scratching/chewing/other will be considered a breach of the lease and cause for eviction.
