I am seeking a quiet, calm, living space, shared, or solo. I will be an artist in residence on Governors Island, so ideally, I am seeking somewhere with a quick commute to the ferry. I would like to be near some green space.
I might also be open to renting for both July and August.

I have hyperacusis, so I can’t tolerate very loud noises, especially high frequency, mechanical noise; therefore, I hope to find something that’s not near major construction or roadwork.
