I am subletting out my room in Clinton Hill from October 1st- April 30th. It is a lovely, bright space with a separated closet "dressing room" esque area. There are two other quiet roommates who work in food service, and the apartment is usually empty during the day. One bathroom with tub and a dishwasher. Fourth floor walk-up in a building with 8 units!

The apartment is off of Myrtle and Waverly. It is a 6 minute walk to the Clinton-Washington G stop, and about 15-20 minute walk to all other stops in downtown Brooklyn.

The rent is $1525, with the final month free (averages out to $1379/mo). Utilities usually never exceeded $65 a month. One month security deposit required.

It is partially furnished as you can see by the photos/video (bed, mattress, bedside table, clothing rack, dresser, and an armchair), but these can be easily removed if need be.

About This Lister

You will be living with two mid-late 20's women. Both work in acting and food service. Very chill, creative people who mostly keep to themselves but enjoy socializing and being friendly. Interests include: reading, good movies, chilling in the park, and restaurant gossip.

We are looking for someone who is easygoing, clean (especially in the kitchen), LGBTQ friendly (duh!), and decisive.
