Hi, we are subletting our beautiful 2BR apartment in Cobble Hill for the holidays. Our place comes with a lovely black cat named Coco. She is 19 years old and the sweetest! Our monthly rent is $4,500 so you are getting a nice discount plus could stay a bit longer than two months!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor walk-up of a 7-family corner building.

We are on Court Street where you can find everything you need. Tons of amazing shops, restaurants, Union Market and Trader Joes are only 5 minutes away.

1 minute from F train, 7 minute walk to 2,3,4,5 and R trains.

Information about our cats:
Our cat Coco loves company. She is healthy and gets fed 3 times a day. Coco loves company and cuddles. She tends to sleep with anybody who sleeps in the bedroom.

Available for 1-2 persons, not kid-friendly unfortunately.
