Incredible duplex apartment with huge private roof deck available for these days (looking to rent for the entire stay 8/30-9/7, or as close to it as possible). I'm located literally feet away from the Montrose L stop and walkable to all the best things in both Williamsburg and Bushwick.
This is on the fourth floor in a stairs-only building, so just need to make sure that won't be an issue.

No contract necessary — we'll just have to jump on a call at some point to meet each other and chat a bit. Then we'll make arrangements for the keys, etc.
I'll ask for half the total up front (to take the listing down) and then the other half upon arriving.
Btw, I do have quite a bit of plants here, so some watering would be involved (not complicated, I'll explain).
