Beautiful sunny space on lovely Water Street in Dumbo just blocks from the park. Shiny wood floors and sunshine galore. There is a large main space plus three smaller rooms. The building itself is small and quiet with interesting neighbors of all creative professions. It is dog friendly as well. It has 2 elevators and the space is on the 4th floor.
