We would love to find a subletter to use the space while we work our day jobs from 9-5pm Mon-Fri. Please note, we currently have one subletter/remote worker in the space. This person is more of a silent worker with occasional calls, so our ideal candidate would have a similar/complimentary workflow to this.

We are looking for someone who would make light impact to the space. Remote workers, digital freelancers/designers, or artists with virtually no additional materials needed are ideal. If you just need a desk away from home, this is also for you! This ask is due to our small space and ever-growing/evolving material library.

The space is right next to the York St. Station in Dumbo in a beautiful newly renovated building (we are the first tenants in the new studio!) filled with lots of diverse creatives from all different fields. Our studio has tons of natural light, refurbished wood floors, and a fantastic view of the Manhattan skyline!

- 8th floor with freight elevators for accessibility
- Communal restrooms (newly renovated)
- Operable windows in the space
- Heating and A/C
- Regular cleaning
- Mailroom located in lobby

We are two artists (who work 9-5 jobs!) who occupy the studio on nights and weekends. During the day while we work, we sublease the studio. One of us is a ceramicist, the other is a painter, but we dabble in many other projects :)
