We have a private, locking studio available on Sept 1. The space is 9' x 12' with a 14' ceiling. It's part of a group of nine studios that share a common room for gathering or photographing work, with a fridge, microwave, sofa, slop sink, shared ladders, carts for moving work, etc. The building has a 24 hour freight elevator and loading dock and a beautiful roof deck with a view of the Manhattan skyline. The neighborhood is full of galleries, coffee shops, bars and restaurants, and is a very short walk from the Jefferson L stop.

The rent is $435 per month. One month deposit is required to move in. We share the cost of utilities including gas (for winter heating), electric and wifi. Our rent increases yearly, on June 1st every year at 5%.

We are looking for one person for each studio; there is no sharing allowed by our lease. The length of the sublet is flexible, but we require a full 30 day notice before next due day on rent (so the first of every month) to move out.
