You'd pay $1,060 to the landlord and we split the bills/utilities and your half would come to $115, so your total monthly is $1,175.
It’s a 1920s duplex with a spacious front porch and decent backyard in Boyle Heights,
Your fully furnished bedroom has a Murphy bed and air conditioning unit already and a separate studio/office about the same size in a shared garage in the back.
The bedroom is about 120 sq. ft. with a built in closet and the art studio space is about 110 sq. ft.
This place is a gem:
* Back patio open for grilling and hanging out
* Front porch and luscious front garden
* Free washer & dryer on-site
* Vegetable garden you can contribute to
* Walking distance to bakeries. cafes, and 10 minute walk to Mariachi Plaza, easy access to public transit and highways too
* Kitchen fully stocked incl. gas stove/oven, microwave, instant pot, toaster oven, air fryer and nutribullet
*High Speed Internet / Wi-Fi reaches all parts of the house including the back studio.
Important things to note:
* No pets, (Landlord says no pets, unless it’s a hairless cat I’m not allergic to since I used to have one)
* There's 11 steps at the entrance, so it's not wheelchair accessible
* No smoking indoors
* Street parking only

+ 1 month rent due due every first of the month directly to the landlord (pro-rated for days in July)
+ Must help to maintain a level of cleanliness in the house, be communicative, and respect the agreements we write up together.
