Behling Cottage sits less than a mile from quaint Narrowsburg, NY. We're located between the Catskills and Poconos in the Upper Delaware River Valley. About 2.5 hours from NYC and 3.5 from Philly.

The home sits on a row of five former guest cottages of the historic Peggy Runway Resort. While the other houses sit nearby, the space feels private, especially once you step inside.

Expect rolling hills, fresh air, and a small river-town vibe.
