There's a large art studio, a yoga room, a massage room, a dining room that seats 12, a 200 sq ft terrace, a backyard patio, and a garden, plus plenty of comfortable space to lounge and chill. Your private bedroom is yours; everything else is genuinely shared.

Highbridge is an up-and-coming residential neighborhood in The Bronx. Eight minute walk to the express trains at 161st St/Yankee Stadium. Five minute walk to a large grocery store. Fifteen minute walk to Bronx Terminal Market (Target, Lidl, Home Depot, Food court).

We like to cook together and host dinner parties, make art, and we check in as a household once a month. It's not just a passive roommate situation, but it's also not a big commitment. Just people who like living with each other and make an effort to connect.

Suzanne and Matt own the house and have lived here in community for 10 years, Patricia has lived with us for 7 years, Swati for 2 years. Suzanne is a couples therapist and gardener. Matt is a game designer and entrepreneur. Patricia is a painter and creative coach, Swati teaches Yoga and Martial Arts. Everyone here has some sort of creative or movement practice.
