I’m an American who's been based in Paris for the past ten years, and I’m renting out my 44 m² (approx 475 sq ft) one-bedroom apartment in the 19th arrondissement, right in front of the Buttes-Chaumont — one of the best parks in Paris, perfect for running or long, peaceful strolls.

It’s available while I’m away at the end of February to the beginning of March.

The apartment is very cozy and well laid out, with a small bedroom, a nice kitchen, separate WC and bathroom, and a little office nook that’s perfect for working. There’s a washing machine and a rack for drying clothes. It’s on the second floor (one flight of stairs or elevator) of a quiet building.

The neighborhood is the best! Charming, local, and full of amazing spots - there are excellent wine bars, cafés, and restaurants just around the corner.

Closest métros are Pyrenées (line 11), Botzaris and Buttes-Chaumont (line 7bis), with Jaurès a short walk away, which makes getting anywhere in the city easy.

It’s perfect for one person or a couple looking for a lovely little refuge in the city. Would love to find someone for the whole time or close to it -- from February 27 to March 8 or 9.
