The home has fast WiFi, two true workspaces, three bedrooms, two full baths, and split-system heat and AC for perfect comfort in every season. There’s also a built in heater in the upstairs bathroom for winter nights

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking in: gas stove, Nespresso, pour over coffee, Vitamix, KitchenAid mixer, DeLonghi toaster oven and air fryer, Breville toaster, full bar glassware, and essentials for long dinners and cozy mornings. There is also a washer and dryer, Marshall speaker, board games, candles, and soft dimmable lighting throughout.

Enjoy a large front patio for morning coffee or après-ski gear drop-off. Inside, limewashed walls, curated vintage homewares, inviting textures, and warm lighting set a relaxed tone set in nature.

There is 1 step to enter the home. One bedroom and full bathroom is located downstairs for accessibility.

Ideal for couples and friends looking to unwind, cook, work a little, and reset in a quiet, beautifully designed space.

About This Lister

We’re a couple from New York City who set out to design a Hudson Valley retreat that balances beauty, comfort, and purpose. Inspired by our travels and the sanctuary we find in nature, we created a place that feels like home the moment you arrive. It is intentional, warm, and effortless to live in.

Our goal was simple: a space where anyone can exhale. The house is designed for slow mornings, restorative evenings, and everything in between. Thoughtful touches, layered textures, and cozy corners invite you to unwind while modern amenities ensure that you have everything you need without overthinking a thing.

Because we both work remotely, we prioritized true and functional workspace. With two dedicated offices, the home fully supports deep work while still offering the serenity needed for real rest.

We are grateful for the strong relationships we have built with our neighbors and ask guests to be mindful of the peaceful community around us. Due to severe allergies, pets are not permitted.
