This house is incredible! A perfect historic home with modern
amenities. The cozy fireplace, the view of grazing horses, it really hit all the marks. Lyn was a pleasure to work with- very attentive and responsive- even left us a nice bottle if wine and firewood for our first night! Will definitely recommend this place And hope to come back someday.

We had a wonderful month in Clermont at Lyn's beautiful home.
What standouts for me now that I'm back in NYC? The property is gorgeous with exquisite farmland views on all sides. The house is well equipped for a delightful stay in a beautiful area. Another positive is how well the air conditioning works throughout all the rooms.

I was also impressed with how responsive Lyn was throughout the time we rented. One night an intense storm knocked a tree branch on a power line. She helped us through what to do about it within minutes. I would definitely stay at Lyn's house again.
